I had the opportunity to travel to Urbino, Italy in June of 2022 for a study-abroad program with James Madison University's School of Media Art and Design. Over that summer, I honed both my gelato-tasting and magazine design skills. Through the support of amazing mentors and faculty, I designed a feature spread story, improved my journalistic photography skills, and practice communication through typography and color theory.
